全生命周期交通基础设施普查监管系统建设

摘要 针对交通基础设施规划设计、建设、日常监管、维护保养等过程活动的监管问题,基于全生命周期管理思想,结合高分数据处理、多元数据集成融合与交通基础设施形变监测等技术手段,建立了基于全生命周期的交通基础设施普查监管系统。该系统可为交通基础设施本底地摸查以及交通基础设施建设、监管、维护保障等全周期信息管理与决策提供支撑,为交通规划建设提供数据基础。 This paper focused on the design,construction,daily supervision,maintenance and other activities of traffic infrastructure.Based on the idea of life-cycle management,combined with high resolution data-processing technology,multiple data integration and fusion technology,traffic infrastructure deformation monitoring technology,and some other technical means,a traffic infrastructure census and supervision software system with full life-cycle management was established to offer support for the inspection,life-cycle management and decision-making for the construction,supervision and maintenance of traffic infrastructure.Besides,it could provide data analysis for transit planning and construction.
