乡村振兴战略背景下金融支持县域农业科技的问题研究--以乾安志华种羊繁育有限公司为视角

2020年我国打赢了脱贫攻坚战,全面建成了小康社会,今后的主要任务也变为逐步实现乡村全面振兴。2021年4月,科技部、中国农业银行联合印发了《关于加强现代农业科技金融服务创新支撑乡村振兴战略实施的意见》,意见表示,全面加强农业科技金融服务水平势在必行,特别县域作为乡村振兴重要主体,提升金融在县域支持农业科技的服务水平尤为重要,本文聚焦我省国内首个自主进行羊科技育种的民营企业,着重研究金融支持县域农业科技的现状与问题、制约金融支持因素,并提出对策建议。

In 2020,China won the battle against poverty and built a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.The main task in the future is to gradually realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.In April 2021,the Ministry of Science and Technology,the agricultural bank of China jointly issued"On the Strengthening of Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Financial Service Innovation to Support Rural Revitalization Strategy Implementation Opinion".Opinion indicate that it is imperative to comprehensively strengthen the level of agricultural science and technology financial services,especially county as an important subject,rural revitalization Increase financial support in the county agricultural science and technology level of service is especially important.This article focuses on the fi rst domestic private enterprise in our province to independently carry out sheep technology breeding,focusing on the current situation and problems of fi nancial support for county agricultural technology,restricting fi nancial support factors,and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions.
