摘要
6061铝合金具有优异的耐腐蚀、耐热和机械性能,已成为应用广泛轻质材料之一。为控制6061铝合金加工成本,提高材料去除率,以切削加工三要素(进给速度、切削速度、切削深度)为研究对象,基于田口实验及信噪比分析方法讨论了切削三要素单个因素及两两复合因素对6061铝合金材料去除率的影响。分析结果表明,对6061铝合金切削加工材料去除率影响最大的工艺参数为进给速度,其次是切削深度和切削速度。
6061 aluminum alloy has excellent corrosion resistance,heat resistance and mechanical properties.It has become one of the widely used lightweight materials.Three elements of machining(feed rate,cutting speed and cutting depth)as the research object.Based on Taguchi experiment and signal-to-noise ratio analysis method,the effects of three cutting factors,single factors and two or two composite factors on the removal rate of 6061 aluminum alloy are discussed in this paper,in order to control the processing cost of 6061 aluminum alloy and improve the material removal rate.The analysis results show that the process parameters that have the greatest impact on the removal rate of 6061 aluminum alloy cutting processing materials are feed rate,followed by cutting depth and cutting depth speed.
