中药治疗紧张型头痛疗效和安全性的系统评价

Systematic Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Tension-type Headache

目的系统评价中药治疗紧张型头痛(TTH)的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang Data)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普(VIP)、PubMed、EMbase、the Cochrane Library、ClinicalTrials.gov数据库,纳入中药治疗TTH的随机对照试验(RCT),应用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具评价纳入研究的方法学质量,对纳入研究进行描述性分析和Meta分析。结果共纳入12项RCT,涉及927例受试者。Meta分析结果显示,中药组在减少头痛天数方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义[MD=-5.09,95%CI(-9.03,-1.16),P=0.01],在改善生活质量方面优于对照组(P<0.00001),且未见严重不良反应。结论现有证据表明,中药在改善TTH病人头痛天数和生活质量方面具有潜在优势,且未发现到严重不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of tension-type headache.Methods Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),VIP,PubMed,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,and ClinicalTrials.gov were searched for the randomized controlled trials(RCT)of TCM in the treatment of tension-type headache.The methodological quality of the included studies was assessed according tothe Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool.Descriptive analysis and Meta-analysis were performed for the included studies.Results A total of 12 RCTs were included,involving 927 participants.Meta-analysis results showed that,the number of headache days[MD=-5.09,95%CI(-9.03,-1.16),P=0.01]and quality of life in TCM group were better than those in control group.No serious adverse events reactions were found.Conclusion The current research showed that TCM can improve the headache days and quality of life of patients with tension-type headache.
