为了保证油田生产经济效益最大化目标的实现,需要加强对油田生产各个流程和环节的管理,避免出现生产风险事故,促进油田运行成本的降低,更好的推动油田开发价值目标的完成。作为油田的基础构成部分,油水井、站只有处于安全运行状态,才能将井下油输送到地面,通过集输处理获得理想的产品。本文对油水井、站的生产管理办法和措施进行梳理,以期为油田的管理提供参考。

In order to ensure the realization of the goal of maximizing the economic benefits of oilfield production,it is necessary to strengthen the management of various processes and links of oilfield production,avoid production risk accidents,promote the reduction of oilfield operation cost,and better promote the completion of oilfield development value goal.As the basic component of the oilfield,only when the oil wells and stations are in safe operation can the downhole oil be transported to the surface and ideal products be obtained through gathering and transportation treatment.This paper combs the production management methods and measures of oil,water wells and stations,in order to provide reference for oilfield management.
