大型立式储罐在石油化工行业生产经营过程中发挥着重要的作用,在成品油及原油储运和运输过程中大型立式储罐也有着广泛的应用。立式储罐是大型容器的一种,因为体积比较大因此需要现场焊接和组装,焊接和组装的工作量比较大,大型立式储罐建设速度与建设质量与高效自动焊接技术的应用有着密切的关系,本文主要阐述了埋弧自动横焊几种方法,并对高效自动焊接技术进行分析,保障大型立式储罐使用的安全、可靠,延长大型立式储罐的使用寿命。
