摘要
金属管道外防腐层失效会直接导致管体腐蚀。外防腐层与管体的粘接情况以及界面结构的质量检测目前以破坏性的剥离测试为主,本文制作了带有人工“脱粘”缺陷的外防腐层试样,利用微波检测对人工试样进行检测,对实际缺陷与经微波检测获取的缺陷图像进行比对,研究微波技术对外防腐层粘接性能的检测适用性;此外,还利用微波检测对施工现场金属管道焊缝外防腐层(补口结构)进行检测,进一步研究微波检测技术在现场检测的适用性。
Failure of external anti-corrosion coating can directly lead to corrosion.The adhesion of the external anti-corrosion coating of the pipe body and the interface structure are always mainly destructive by stripping test.The artificial samples were tested by microwave inspection;the actual defect was compared with the defect images obtained by microwave inspection to study the applicability of microwave test technology in the laboratory.In addition,microwave testing is also used to test the weld external anti-corrosion layer(filling structure),to further study the applicability of microwave testing technology in the site.
