摘要
抗静电性能是衡量织物整芯阻燃输送带安全性能的主要指标之一,一般以它的表面电阻值来表示,其值越高表明其安全性能越差。在检测过程中发现,表面电阻值的大小受多种因素的影响,采用对比分析的方法对环境温度、环境湿度、呼吸作用、充电时间、试件处理时长等因素进行了分析。结果表明,为了更准确地获得电阻值的大小,要严格按照MT/T 914—2019《煤矿用织物芯阻燃输送带》进行相关操作。
Antistatic performance is one of the main indicators to measure the safety performance of the whole core flame retardant conveyor belt.It is generally expressed by its surface resistance value.The higher the value,the worse the safety performance.In the process of testing,it was found that the surface resistance value was affected by many factors,and the environmental temperature,environmental humidity,respiration,charging time,sample processing time and other factors were analyzed by the method of comparative analysis.The results showed that in order to obtain the resistance value more accurately,the relevant operations should be carried out in strict accordance with MT/T 914—2019"Flame-retardant Conveyor Belts with Fabric Cores for Coal Mine".
