油气集输系统用能评价方法的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 油气集输系统在油田生产中作为一个重要的组成部分,用能结构复杂且耗能巨大,有必要对油气集输系统用能水平进行评价研究。探究了能量成本分析法、热力学三箱分析法、遗传算法、改进粒子算法、神经网络等在油气集输系统用能评价方面的相关应用,总结了能量分析、[火用]分析、数学评价等方法的应用效果。结果表明,能量分析方法能更为简便直观的评价油气集输系统的整体用能水平,给出低成本的运行方案;[火用]分析方法能够确定集输系统的用能分布情况,找出用能系统的薄弱环节;数学最优化算法更侧重于实现油气集输系统的布局优化策略;数学评价方法主要对油气集输系统进行能效评价及能效预测,相关研究成果可为油田企业的节能降耗提供理论依据。 As an important part of oilfield production,oil and gas gathering and transportation system has complex energy consumption structure and huge energy consumption.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the energy consumption level of oil and gas gathering and transportation system.This paper explores application of energy cost analysis,thermodynamic three-box analysis,genetic algorithm,improved particle algorithm and neural network in energy evaluation of oil and gas gathering and transportation system,and summarizes application effect of energy analysis,exergic analysis analysis and mathematical evaluation.The results show that the energy analysis method can more easily and intuitively evaluate the overall energy consumption level of oil and gas gathering and transportation system,and give a low-cost operation scheme.The exergic analysis method can determine the distribution of energy consumption and find out the weak link of energy consumption system.The mathematical optimization method focuses more on the layout optimization strategy of oil and gas gathering and transportation system.The mathematical evaluation method mainly evaluates the energy efficiency and predicts the energy efficiency of oil and gas gathering and transportation system.The relevant research results can provide a theoretical basis for energy saving and consumption reduction of oilfield enterprises.
