地方高校教师教育课程改革探析——基于教师资格考试视角

Analysis of Teacher Education Curriculum Reform in Local Colleges and Universities:From the Perspective of Teacher's Certificate Examination

教师资格考试的推行对教师教育课程改革产生深远影响。地方高校传统的教师教育课程存在内容陈旧、实践性不足、教育课程与专业课程设置不合理等问题。结合国家教师资格考试的要求和学生的需要,重新定位、建构教师教育类课程,调整课程结构,丰富课程内容,加强教师教育类课程的比重,合理安排理论教学时间和实践时间等,是优化师范专业人才培养,重振地方高校教师教育的可行路径。

The implementation of teacher qualification examination has a far-reaching impact on teacher education curriculum reform.The traditional teacher education curriculum in local colleges and universities has some problems,such as outdated content,insufficient practicality,unreasonable educational curriculum and professional curriculum.Combined with the requirements of the national teachers'qualification examination and the needs of the students,repositioning,construction of teacher education courses,adjusting the course structure,enriching the content of courses,strengthening the proportion of teacher education curriculum,reasonable arrangement of theory teaching and practice time,is an efficient way to optimize teachers'professional personnel training,and revive the local university teachers'education.
