搅拌釜成套设备工艺研究

摘要 针对某反应系统中物料特性,将不同物料加入反应釜中,通过搅拌将他们混合均匀,控制温度和压力进行反应,生成需要产品。依据成套设备设计理念,应用现代控制技术,采用模块化结构设计。介绍了搅拌釜成套设备工艺流程,釜体的选材和规格尺寸及换热面积,撬装设备的优点,最终确定了一个既经济合理又能达到预期指标的搅拌釜成套设备工艺方案。 According to the material characteristics of a reaction system,and different materials into the reaction kettle,mix them evenly by stirring,control the temperature and pressure for reaction,and generate required products.According to the concept of a complete set,the use of modern control technology,modular structure design.This paper introduces the technological process of stirred tank complete equipment,the material selection,size and heat exchange area of the stirred tank body,the advantages of complete equipment.Finally,a process plan of complete equipment of stirred kettle which is both economical and reasonable and can reach the expected indexes is determined.
