摘要
石油化工的建设工程在项目施工的过程中,往往包括多项环节,这一过程会产生繁杂的工作内容,并且需要投入较高的资金成本。在石油化工的项目建设过程中,也会用到许多大型机械设备以及新兴的施工技术,这就为我国石油化工企业工程建设带来了巨大的挑战。通过严格的控制石油化工建设工程的项目进度,可以对整个项目进行全方面的综合管理,采用科学的化工建设项目进度控制方法,运用现代化的管理理念,对化工项目建设过程中的技术成本及质量进行全方面的有效控制,从而达到工程项目的预设标准。本文主要分析了影响石油化工企业建设项目进度的因素,并且有针对性的提出了相应的优化措施,希望能够为保障石油工程的建设效率提供参考意见。
In the process of project construction,petrochemical construction projects often include many links,which will produce complicated work contents and require high capital cost.In the process of petrochemical project construction,many large-scale mechanical equipment and new construction technologies are also used,which brings great challenges to the engineering construction of petrochemical enterprises in China.By strictly controlling the progress of petrochemical construction projects,the whole project can be comprehensively managed in all aspects.By adopting scientific progress control methods of chemical construction projects and applying modern management concepts,the technical cost and quality in the process of chemical construction projects can be effectively controlled in all aspects,thus reaching the preset standards of engineering projects.This paper mainly analyzes the factors that affect the progress of petrochemical enterprises'construction projects,and puts forward corresponding optimization measures,hoping to provide reference for ensuring the construction efficiency of petroleum engineering.
