摘要
冲击回波法是针对桥梁孔道注浆密实度检测的新型无损检测方法。现采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立模型进行模拟冲击,通过研究信号接收点与冲击点的距离对回波结果的影响,筛选出接收点与冲击点合适的位置,推荐冲击点与接收点的间距为2 cm,该测点能较好反映缺陷反应及板底反应。
Shock echo method is a new nondestructive testing method for detecting the compactness of grouting in bridge channels.Now,ANSYS/LS-DYNA software is used to build a model to simulate the impact.By studying the influence of the distance between the re‐ceiving point and the impact point on the echo results,the appropriate location of the receiving point and the impact point is selected.The distance between the impact point and the impact point is recommended to be 2cm,which can better reflect the reaction of defects and the reaction of the bottom of the plate.
