新时代民办高职院校“工匠精神”培育路径的研究

Research on Cultivation Path of"the Spirit of Craftsmanship"in Private Higher Vocational Institutes in the New Era

“敬业乐群”是黄炎培职业教育的终极目标与“工匠精神”有着异曲同工。以天津滨海汽车工程职业学院为载体,通过研究黄炎培先生职教思想理论与“工匠精神”的内在联系,提出“工匠精神”的培育必须以学院的指导思想为基础,以校企深度融合的平台为重要途径,以“敬业乐群”的职业道德为核心。

"Respecting work and enjoying company"is the ultimate goal of Huang Yanpei's philosophy on vocational education,which is similar to the concept of"the spirit of craftsmanship".Taking Tianjin Binhai Vocational Institute of Automotive Engineering as the carrier,through the study of the internal connection between Huang Yanpei's thoughts and theories on vocational education and"the spirit of craftsmanship",this paper proposed that the cultivation of"the spirit of craftsmanship"must be based on the guiding ideology of the institute,take the platform of deep integration of institute and enterprise as an important approach,and take the professional ethics of"respecting work and enjoying company"as the core.
