摘要
针对职工学习的学习动机和学习风格,提出制定“个性化”非学历继续教育培训方案的原则,以铁路机车定职副司机培训班的培训方案为实证案例,为非学历继续教育教学实施的策略和建议提供基础数据和探讨思路,使“90后”铁路职工在接受非学历继续教育方面能够与时俱进,契合特点,满足需求。
In view of the learning motivation and learning style of employees,this paper put forward the principle of formulating"personalized"non-diploma continuing education training program,and provided basic data and exploration ideas for the strategies and suggestions for non-diploma continuing education teaching implementation by taking the training program for railway locomotive appointed assistant driver training class as an empirical case,so that the"post-90s"railway workers can keep pace with the times,meet the characteristics and meet the needs in accepting non-diploma continuing education.
