摘要
为探究金属有机骨架材料在指印显现领域的应用,本研究采用预混合迅速滴显的方法,使金属有机骨架材料Tb-BTC直接络合在指印纹线上。使用该材料对渗透性客体中A4纸、黑色卡纸、牛皮纸;非渗透性客体中透明玻璃片、瓷砖上的皮脂指印进行显现,探究了不同配比、不同滴加顺序、不同显现时间的预混合溶液对不同类型、不同遗留时间、不同遗留物质量的潜指印显现效果。结果显示,当Tb^(3+)与BTC^(3-)之比为1∶2、先滴加Tb^(3+)后滴加BTC3-时,对渗透性客体和非渗透性客体上皮脂指印均有较好的显现效果;对于A4纸、黑色卡纸、牛皮纸、透明玻璃片、瓷砖客体上皮脂指印的最佳显现时间为90s、60s、60s、60s、90s;Tb-BTC物质对遗留时间在5天以内、不同遗留物质量的皮脂指印均可有效显现,显现出的指印纹线清晰流畅、与客体背景对比度高,在254nm紫外光激发下,释放出明亮且均匀的绿色荧光。因此其可被广泛应用于各种客体上皮脂指印的显现,提高指印显现效率。
In order to explore the application of metal organic framework materials in the field of fingerprint development,this study adopts the method of pre-mixing and rapid dripping to make the metal organic framework material Tb-BTC directly complex on the ridge lines.Using this material to develop sebum-resulted fingerprints on A4 paper,black cardboard,kraft paper,transparent glass sheets and tiles in permeable objects and non-permeable objects;exploring the predictions of different proportions,different dropping orders,and different development times.The mixed solution shows the effect of latent fingerprints of different types,different retention times,and different quality of the leftovers.The results show that when the ratio of Tb^(3+) to BTC^(3-) ions is 1∶2,when Tb^(3+) is added first and then BTC3-is added,it has a good effect on the appearance of sebum fingerprints on both permeable and non-permeable objects;the best development time of sebum-resulted fingerprints on A4 paper,Black cardboard,kraft paper,transparent glass sheet,ceramic tile objects are 90s,60s,60s,60s,90s;The Tb-BTC substance can effectively develop sebum-resulted fingerprints with a retention time of less than 5 days and different quality of the remaining material.The ridge lines are clear and smooth,and the contrast with the object background is high.Under the excitation of 254nm ultraviolet light,it releases bright and uniform green fluorescence.Therefore,it can be widely used in the development of sebum-resulted fingerprints on various objects to improve the efficiency of fingerprint development.
