摘要
笔者设计了一种多功能液体容器,能够自动测量液体的液位、重量等参数,并且可以判别不同种类的液体。设计中以STM32F103ZET6芯片为控制核心,首先采用超声波测距模块HC-SR04作为液位传感器测量液体的液位高度,其次采用以电阻应变片式原理为主的称重压力传感器测量液体的质量,最后分别运用液体电导率传感器测量不同浓度的盐水、白糖水以及纯净水的电导率,通过电导率区分出不同液体。运用液体酸碱度传感器测量白醋和牛奶的pH值,通过pH值区分出白醋和牛奶。
The author designed a multifunctional liquid container that can automatically measure the liquid level, weight and other parameters of the liquid, and can distinguish different types of liquids. In the design, the STM32 F103 ZET6 chip is used as the control core. First, the ultrasonic distance measuring module HC-SR04 is used as the liquid level sensor to measure the liquid level height, and then the load pressure sensor based on the principle of resistance strain gauge is used to measure the weight of the liquid.Liquid conductivity sensors are used to measure the conductivity of different concentrations of salt water, sugar water and pure water,and different liquids can be distinguished by the conductivity. A liquid pH sensor is used to measure the pH value of white vinegar and milk, and the white vinegar and milk are distinguished by the pH value.
