随着图书馆不断的运行,图书馆运行所产生的数字资产每年都在不断地发生改变,另外,图书馆每年都会订购大批量的电子数据库资产。这些数字资产的共同特点是数据分散、无统一管理平台、数据之间关系不明确,已经无法与高校图书馆精细化的信息服务需求相匹配。
