数字交互技术在提升景点游览体验效果中的应用研究——以南京红山森林动物园为例

如何在交互产品的设计过程中以用户为中心,并在此基础上进行数字技术的结合,提升应用价值,是值得研究的事情。本文以南京红山森林动物园为例,采用ibeacon技术为主要技术手段,通过在景区建立蓝牙发射器,结合游客移动端设备进行交互反馈,包含路径规划、地图导览、任务打卡以及积分兑换等功能,通过该系统提升游客游览体验度,增加园方收入。

It is worth studying how to take the user as the center in the design process of interactive products, and combine digital technology on this basis to improve the Application value. Taking Nanjing Hongshan Forest Zoo as an example, using ibeacon technology as the main technical means, this paper establishes a Bluetooth transmitter in the scenic spot and carries out interactive feedback in combination with tourists’ mobile terminal devices, including path planning, map navigation, task punch in and point exchange, so as to improve tourists’ tour experience and increase the park’s income through the system.
