摘要
水泥稳定碎石基层集料中粉尘含量是影响沥青路面耐久性的重要原因之一,公路工程项目建设过程中通过控制集料中0.075 mm粒径含量以满足集料粉尘含量要求.试验中采用室内对比试验的方法,对比水洗法和干筛法试验结果,并分析两者数据相关关系,通过干筛法确定细集料0.075 mm通过率,从而确定了一种水泥稳定碎石基层细集料0.075 mm含量快速测定方法.通过工程实践验证了其有效性,在加快了检测进度的同时保证了施工不受影响,满足了项目对集料粉尘含量的检测频率要求.
The dust content in aggregate of cement stabilized macadam base is one of the important factors affecting the durability of asphalt pavement.During the construction of highway engineering projects,the 0.075 mm particle size content in the aggregate is controlled to meet the aggregate dust content requirements.The indoor comparative test method is used to compare the test results of water washing method and dry sieving method,and the correlation between the two data is analyzed.The fine aggregate 0.075 mm passing rate is determined by dry sieving method,so as to determine a rapid determination method of fine aggregate 0.075 mm content in cement stabilized macadam base.The effectiveness is verified by engineering practice,which can not only accelerate the detection progress,but also can ensure that the construction is not affected,so as to meet the frequency requirements of the project for the detection of aggregate dust content.
