多聚磷酸复配SBS改性沥青老化特性及微观结构演变 被引量:1

摘要 为了更好的研究多聚磷酸复配SBS改性沥青的老化性能,制备了多聚磷酸复配SBS改性沥青,并对其进行短期老化和长期老化.采用三大指标实验研究了PPA复配SBS改性沥青的针入度、延度、软化点的变化,同时,通过红外光谱和原子力显微镜分别获得了其官能团和二维形貌图,分析了微观结构变化规律.研究结果表明:多聚磷酸可显著提升SBS改性沥青的高温性能和抗老化性能;短期老化对多聚磷酸复配SBS改性沥青几乎无影响,但长期老化使得其官能团、“蜂状”结构等发生明显变化而导致其发生老化. In order to better study the aging performance of poly phosphoric acid complex SBS modified asphalt.PPA complex SBS modified asphalt was prepared,and it was aged by short-term aging and long-term aging.Three major index experiments were used to study the penetration,ductility and softening point of PPA compounded with SBS modified asphalt.At the same time,its functional groups and two-dimensional topography were obtained by infrared spectroscopy and atomic force microscope,while micro-structure evolution was analyzed.The research results show that the Poly phosphoric acid can significantly improve the high temperature performance and anti-aging performance of SBS modified asphalt.Short-term aging almost has no effect on polyphosphoric acid complex SBS modified asphalt,but long-term aging will cause significant changes in its functional groups and"bee-like"structure,which leads to its aging.
