摘要
生涯建构理论是近二十年发展起来的职业发展理论,由于其强调个体与环境互动,关注个体生涯适应力提升,对大学生职业生涯发展课程教学设计具有良好的启发意义。基于生涯建构理论的生涯教育课程教学设计应充分了解课程受众、科学设置教学目标、优化教学内容和活动设计。本研究通过采用定量和定性相结合的方法,对教学效果进行评估表明,基于生涯建构理论的大学生职业生涯发展课程学生投入良好、教学满意度高,职业探索、职业自我概念、生涯适应力均有显著提升。
As a career development theory developed in the past 20 years,career construction theory emphasizes the interaction between individual and environment and focuses on the improvement of individual career adaptability.It has enlightening significance for career development courses in universities.Career courses based on the theory of career construction should understand more about the students,set teaching objectives scientificaly,and optimize teaching content and activity design.Using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the teaching effect show the career development course based on career construction theory has three advantages:1)it can absorb student to involve in class;2)it makes students feel satisfacted with the teaching design;3)career exploration,career self-concept and career adaptability of students improved significantly.
