摘要
随着经济的高速发展,对于皮革及皮革制品的要求也逐渐朝向高性能环保轻质方向发展。通过对制革湿态染整的复鞣、填充、加脂工序进行设计与优化,采用无铬复鞣、分步加脂、两性材料填充等方法,制备了高性能低甲醛轻质鞋面革,并对坯革的性能进行测试。测试结果表明,坯革中不含有甲醛和可裂解有害芳香胺染料,各项物理机械性能均满足消费者对皮革的使用需求,其中规定负荷伸长率为36.5%,收缩温度94℃,撕裂力49.8 N。
With the rapid economic development,the requirements for leather and leather products were gradually developing in the direction of high performance,environmental protection and light weight.By designing and optimizing the retanning,filling,and fatliquoring processes of leather,using methods such as chrome-free retanning,distributed fatliquoring,and amphoteric material filling,high-performance low-formaldehyde lightweight shoe upper leather was manufacturing.The test results showed that the crust leather did not contain formaldehyde and cleavable harmful aromatic amine dyes,and all physical and mechanical properties meeted the consumer's demand for leather use.The specified load elongation was 36.5%,shrinkage temperature was 94℃,and tearing force was 49.8 N.
