新时代职教教师队伍结构优化的对策建议

Countermeasures and Suggestions on the Structure Optimization of Vocational Education Teachers of New Era

高素质“双师型”职业教育师资队伍建设是加快推进职业教育现代化的基础性工作。当前,我国职教教师队伍存在高层次学历教师少、“双师型”教师认定标准不明确等问题。基于国内外高层次职教教师培养经验分析,应通过加大定向培养和常规引进培训相结合、独立培养和联合培养相结合、构建专门化培养模式等措施,全面提升高层次、高素质“双师型”职教教师培养能力;通过制定与类型教育相适应的“双师型”教师认定标准、严格实行职业院校专业教师的专业实践培训要求等措施,全面提升职业院校专业教师的双师素质。

There are still some problems in the vocational education teachers in our country,such as the lack of high-level teachers and the unclear standards of"dual-qualified"teachers.Based on the analysis of the training experience of high-level vocational education teachers at home and abroad,we should improve the training ability of high-level and high-quality"dual-qualified"vocational education teachers by strengthening the combination of directional student cultivating and conventional recruiting talents training,the combination of independent training and joint training,and the construction of specialized training mode.The"dual-qualified"vocational education teachers can be comprehensively improved by formulating the clear standard which is suitable for the type of education,and implementing the professional practice strictly.
