地方高校图书馆学科服务开展新思路

New Ideas for the Development of Subject Services in Local University Libraries

图书馆是高校的知识资源中心,图书馆学科服务架起师生和学科资源间的桥梁,让师生能顺畅、自由、愉快地徜徉在知识的海洋里。但地方高校图书馆整体资源有限,在这种情况下开展学科服务面临着经费、人员学历、绩效考评等问题。本文阐述学科服务的意义,梳理国内、外高校图书馆学科服务开展的现状,站在资源受限的角度提出一些学科服务的新思路,希望能给尚未开展学科服务的高校图书馆提供一些参考。

Library is the knowledge resource center in colleges and universities.Subject service of libraries bridges the gap between teachers and students with subject resources,so that teachers and students can wander in the ocean of knowledge smoothly,freely and happily.However,the resources of local university libraries are limited.The subject service in this situation faces problems of funding,personnel qualifications,and performance evaluation.This paper elaborates the significance of subject service,composes the current situation of subject service development in university libraries at home and abroad,and puts forward some new ideas of subject service from the perspective of limited resources,hoping to give some references to the university libraries that have not yet developed subject service.
