论《辅行诀》用虚体实辨证治疗模式

Treatment Mode of Syndrome Differentiation of Deficiency and Excess in Fu Xing Jue

“体”和“用”是中国古代哲学重要的组成部分,“体”代表物质基础,“用”体现功能作用。梁之陶弘景在《黄帝内经》《神农本草经》和《汤液经法》等理论指导下,立足于“守真一”的宗旨,从“体、用、化”三方面建立了新的五脏补泻之法,并提出了“用虚体实”的辨证治疗模式,丰富了五脏理论及临床治法。本文试从五脏“所欲”“所苦”与“体用”的关系入手,探讨“用虚体实”的辨证治疗模式,加之临床举隅强调运用五味调节五脏形质和功用之间的失衡,以达到“正气存内,邪不可干”的目的。

"Body"and"use"are important parts of ancient Chinese philosophy."Body"represents the material basis,and"use"embodies the function.Under the guidance of the theories of Inner Canon of Huangdi,Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing,Based on the purpose of"keep the innate Qi",TAO Hong-jing established a new method of strengthen or weaken the five Zang organs from the three aspects of"body,use and transformation",and also puts forward the treatment mode of syndrome differentiation of deficiency and excess,which enriches the theory and clinical treatment of the five Zang organs.This paper is attempted to discuss the treatment mode of syndrome differentiation of deficiency and excess from the relationship between"desire","suffering"and"body use"of the five Zang organs,and adding clinical examples,emphasizing the use of the five flavors to regulate the imbalance between the plastid and function of the five Zang organs,which is in order to achieve the purpose of keep health.
