Taking the core area of the ancient city as an example, this paper explores how the mode of cultural and tourism integration stimulates the internal vitality of the ancient city development from four practical paths: concept integration, function integration, management integration and technology integration. Keeping the right and innovating, promoting the long-term protection of the historical and cultural heritage of the ancient city through tourism, strengthening the building of the image of chaozhou as a famous historical and cultural city as a tourist resort with heritage protection, and helping the protection and development of Chaozhou ancient city through several measures of cultural and tourism integration mode.
