基于有机更新理念下的旧厂房改造分析与策略

Analysis and Research on the Reconstruction of Old Factory Buildings Based on the Concept of Organic Renewal

随着城市的有机更新,旧厂房逐渐被改造成公共空间,得以被重新利用。文章对温州旧厂房典型案例开展深入调研与分析,围绕商业活力、空间需求、文化心理诉求等方面进行系统研究,剖析其内在关联与本土化发展要求。最后,本研究提出在旧厂房改造中加强工业遗产调查与评估工作、工业遗产的文化价值阐释与内涵建设、工业遗产智能信息化提升与改造等建议。

With the organic renewal of the city,the old factory buildings are gradually transformed into public space and can be reused. Based on the typical cases of old factory buildings in Wenzhou,this paper carries out in-depth investigation and analysis,makes a systematic study around the analysis of business vitality,space demand and cultural psychological appeal,and analyzes its internal relationship and localization development requirements. Finally,this study proposes to strengthen the investigation and evaluation of industrial heritage,the interpretation and connotation construction of cultural value of industrial heritage,the promotion and transformation of intelligent information of industrial heritage,etc. It is expected to provide theoretical support and experience for the transformation of old factories in China.
