刚性城镇开发边界划定初探——以长岭县为例

Research On Demarcation of Rigid Urban Development Boundary——Example For Changling County

文章从生态方面入手,分析划定的刚性空间适用于传统型农业县,为长岭县城镇开发边界的划定提供参考。基于底线思维,通过构建长岭县建设用地适宜性评价,以此界定长岭县未来城镇的扩张发展空间。结果显示:长岭县城镇建设用地适宜性评价中较适宜建设的区域与建成区高度吻合,包含了长岭镇、太平川镇等大部分区域;建设用地适宜性为限建区和禁建区的区域主要包含了林地、湿地、水源保护地、永久基本农田等。

Starting from the ecological aspect, the paper analyzes the rigid space demarcated, which is suitable for traditional agricultural county, and provides reference for demarcating the boundary of urban development in Changling County. Based on the bottom-line thinking, this paper defines the expansion and development space of cities and towns in Changling County by constructing the suitability evaluation of construction land in Changling County. The results show that in the evaluation of urban construction land suitability in Changling County, the more suitable construction area is highly consistent with the built-up area,including most of Changling town, Taipingchuan town and so on. Construction land suitability for restricted and forbidden areas mainly includes woodland, wetland, water source protection area, permanent basic farmland, etc.
