摘要
文章提出一种BIM参数化技术在城市设计中的验证方法,在控规条件约束下,结合地块性质、地块价值开展方案优化,方案与约束实时响应。通过BIM参数化技术,定量挖掘地块设计中的空间组合,为城市设计的精细化管控提供依据。
This paper proposes a validation method of BIM parameterization technology in urban design. Under the constraints of control and regulation, the scheme optimization was carried out combining with the property and value of the plot, and the scheme and constraints responded in real time. Through BIM parameterization technology, spatial combination in the plot design is quantitatively excavated,which provides a basis for delicacy management and control in urban design.
