摘要
通过对预埋在混凝土中的吊钉进行拉拔试验,对其在轴向荷载作用下的力学性能进行了研究,试验结果与规范ACI 318-05计算结果对比表明,规范能够较好的对此类吊钉进行设计;在此基础上,建立了有限元分析模型,分析了在不同特征荷载作用下吊钉和混凝土的受力特征。研究结果表明,试验结果与数值计算结果吻合较好;额定荷载工况作用下,在吊钉端部与混凝土接触部分会出现一定的应力集中。
A drawing experiment has been carried out to research the mechanical property of pre-embedded hanging nail under axial tension load. The comparison between the test results and the calculation results of ACI318-05 standard shows that the standard can design this kind of nail better. On this basis, the finite element analysis model is established to analyze the stress characteristics of hanging nail and concrete under different feature loads. The results have shown that the experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical results;Under the rated load, there will be a certain stress concentration in the contact part between the end of hanging nail and concrete.
