摘要
文章分析了核电站建造阶段在传统管理模式下存在的问题及行业数字化转型的现状,结合W公司在核电站建造阶段数字化应用的实践经验,提出从工程实体的数字化与人、机、料、法、环等工程各生产要素的数字化应用出发,全面推动核电站建造阶段数字化应用与转型。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional management mode of nuclear power plant construction and the present situation of industry of digital transformation. Combined with the practical experience of W company in the digital application of nuclear power plant construction, the paper proposes to comprehensively promote the digital application and transformation of nuclear power plant construction stage from the digitization of engineering entities and the digital application of various production factors such as human, machine, material, method and environment.
