大豆专用膨化机出料装置结构优化与应用

摘要 膨化大豆相比于普通大豆在饲料中应用具有诸多优点,近年来生产规模不断扩大,但目前普遍使用的大豆专用膨化机出料装置存在一些弊端,为了克服大豆专用膨化机出料装置在实际生产过程中存在的问题,笔者优化设计了一种液压单孔出料装置,降低了劳动强度,提高了操作方便性,提高了生产效率。 Compared with common soybean,extruded soybean has many advantages in feed application,and the production scale has been expanding in recent years,but there are some disadvantages in discharge device for soybean special extruder widely used at present.In order to overcome the problems existing in the actual production process of the discharge device of the special soybean expander,a hydraulic single-hole discharge device were optimized an designed,it reduced the labor intensity,improved the operation convenience and the production efficiency.
