浅谈农村散养户粪污利用现状及对策研究——以吉林省蛟河市为例

Study on Present Situation and Countermeasures of Manure Utilization in Rural Free-range Households——A Case Study of Jiaohe City, Jilin Province

农村散养户粪污利用形式单一,基本上以"还田"为主。未经无害化处理的粪污长时间堆放,对大气、水源、土壤产生较大的危害。而粪污不能有效利用既有管理者和农村散养户观念滞后的原因,也有政策上的不到位、处理方式找不到"出口"的原因。为有效解决粪污利用问题,需要守"关口",在发扬现有处理形式的基础上,进一步强化粪污危害的环保意识;通"心口",为农村散养户提供粪污利用的政策和资金扶持;找"出口",为农村散养户提供更多、更科学的粪污处理方式。

The form of manure utilization in rural free-range households is simple,and the main method is"returning to field".The waste that has not been treated innocuously is piled up for a long time,and it will do great harm to the atmosphere,water source and soil.The manure waste can not only effectively use the concept of both managers and rural households lag behind,but also the policy is not only in place,which results in the treatment can not find"export"reasons.In order to effectively solve the problem of sewage utilization,it was necessary to guard the"pass",on the basis of carrying forward the existing treatment methods,further strengthen the environmental protection consciousness of sewage hazards;Open the"heart",for rural free-range households to provide the use of sewage policies and financial support;Find the"exit",provide more and more scientific methods of waste disposal for rural free-range households.
