摘要
高职院校作为高等教育不可或缺的组成部分,以培养技术技能型人才为目标。基于工匠精神,分析在高职教育培育工匠精神方面存在的不足之处,以现代学徒制人才培养为切入点,探索高职院校工匠精神的可行性路径。
As an indispensable part of higher education,higher vocational colleges aim at cultivating technical and skilled talents.Based on the perspective of craftsman spirit,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of cultivating craftsman spirit in higher vocational education,and explores the feasible path of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges with the cultivation of modern apprenticeship talents as the breakthrough point.
