Transformation and Challenge:the Future Prospects of Teaching Auxiliary Publications under the Background of"Double Reduction"Policy

2021年7月,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》,代表着党和国家治理校外培训乱象、减轻学生作业负担、促进学生全面发展的决心,以期让教育事业重新回归公益属性。对于传统教辅类刊物而言,唯有通过自身业务内容改变与重构积极把握与践行"双减"政策的内涵与要求,从出版观念、出版内容、出版结构、出版模式进行有益的探索,方可顺应时代发展潮流,为推进教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育贡献自身所应肩负的媒体责任。

In July 2021,the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued"Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Students’Homework and Off-campus Training in Compulsory Education",which represents the determination of the party and the state to deal with the chaos of after school training,reduce students’homework burden and promote students’all-round development,with a view to returning education to public welfare attributes.For traditional teaching supplementary publications,only through the change and reconstruction of their own business content,actively grasp and practice the connotation and requirements of the"double reduction"policy,and make beneficial exploration from the publishing concept,publishing content,publishing structure and publishing mode,can we comply with the development trend of the times and contribute our media responsibilities to promoting educational modernization,building an educational power and running education to the satisfaction of the people.
