摘要
目的:考察蔓三七提取物对酵母膏和氧嗪酸钾致小鼠急性高尿酸血症的治疗效果。方法:蔓三七粗提物(MSQ_(1))经过乙酸乙酯萃取纯化后得到蔓三七提取物(MSQ_(2)),采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测其中绿原酸和异绿原酸A、B、C的含量。通过腹腔注射酵母膏和氧嗪酸钾建立高尿酸血症模型,将造模成功的雄性KM小鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,蔓三七提取物低剂量组(150 mg/kg)、中剂量组(300 mg/kg)和高剂量组(600 mg/kg),每组7只,给药体积均为0.1 mL/kg。灌胃连续给药7 d,检测小鼠血清中尿酸含量。结果:与模型组相比,蔓三七提取物低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组均显示出不同程度降低小鼠血尿酸水平(P<0.05)。结论:蔓三七提取物(MSQ_(2))对酵母膏和氧嗪酸钾诱导联合诱导的高尿酸血症小鼠有一定的降低尿酸作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Gynura procumbens extract on the treatment of acute hyperuricemia induced by yeast extract and potassium oxonate in mice.Methods:The crude extract of Gynura procumbens(MSQ_(1))was purified by ethyl acetate to obtain the extract of Gynura procumbens(MSQ_(2)).The contents of chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid A,B and C were detected by HPLC in MSQ_(2).Hyperuricemia model was established by intraperitoneal injection of yeast extract and potassium oxonate.The established male KM mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,and MSQ_(2) group(150 mg/kg,300 mg/kg,600 mg/kg),and given intragastric treatment for 7 days.The serum uric acid content of the mice was determined.Results:Compared with the model group,the serum uric acid level of mice in low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups were decreased(P<0.05).The results shows that MSQ_(2) could reduce uric acid in hyperuricemia mice induced by yeast extract and potassium oxonate.
