摘要 通过循环伏安法,将酸性铬蓝K修饰玻碳电极表面,制得聚酸性铬蓝K膜修饰电极。采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对修饰的聚酸性铬蓝K膜进行了表征。在最佳实验条件下,采用循环伏安法和示差脉冲伏安法在抗坏血酸和多巴胺存在下测定对乙酰氨基酚,对乙酰氨基酚在0.4~450μmol/L范围内峰电流与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.28μmol/L。该修饰电极成功用于测定血清中的对乙酰氨基酚。 An electrochemical sensor is fabricated by electropolymerization of acid chrome blue K(ACBK)on a glassy carbon electrode(GCE)in a 0.5 mol/L PBS(pH 7.0)solution.The modified electrode has been successfully used to determine acetaminophen in human serum samples by different pulse voltammograms in the presence of ascorbic acid and dopamine.The results show that the electrochemical sensor exhibites excellent analytical performance for acetaminophen detection at pH 4.4 with the detection limit of 0.28μmol/L and the linear range of 0.4~450μmol/L.The sensor has been used for the analysis of real serum samples and satisfactory results were obtained.
