摘要
目的:研究分析牛蒡子中14种无机元素(锂、硼、镁、铝、钛、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、铜、锌、硒和镉)的含量及其相关性。方法:样品采用微波消解后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定6个不同产地牛蒡子中14种无机元素,用SPSS 22.0对数据进行主要无机元素相关性分析。结果:牛蒡子中铝、铁、锌、锰、铜、硼以及镁7种无机元素的含量较高;镁、铝、钛、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、硒以及镉10种元素相关性高。结论:分析牛蒡子中的无机元素含量及相关性,可对牛蒡子中部分有害无机元素含量加以监管控制,保证其品质和安全性。
Objective:To study the contents and correlation of 14 inorganic elements in Arctium lappa L..Method:The levels of 14 inorganic elements in Arctium lappa L.from six sources are digested by microwave and analyzed by ICP-MS,and the correlation analysis of main inorganic elements with SPSS 22.0.Results:The content of Al,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,B and Mg in Arctium lappa L.is higher than the others;the levels of 10 inorganic elemens which are Mg,Al,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Se,Cd show extremely significant positive correlation.Conclusion:The Pharmacological effects of Arctium lappa L.can be discussed in terms of inorganic elements,and provide basis for clinical medication;to ensure the quality and safety,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and control of the levels of some inorganic elements in Arctium lappa L..
