摘要
目的:探讨SXZG药物对去卵巢大鼠颞下颌关节髁突骨保护素(Osteoprotegerin,OPG)及骨保护素配体(Osteoprotegerin Ligand,OPGL)表达的影响。方法:通过摘除大鼠双侧卵巢建立绝经后骨质疏松动物模型,将大鼠分组并灌服SXZG等多种药物,治疗3个月后处死大鼠,截取下颌骨髁突区组织,制作病理切片,进行免疫组织化学染色,观察髁突软骨、软骨下骨组织中OPG及OPGL表达的变化。结果:与假手术组相比,大鼠摘除卵巢后,髁突中OPG的表达降低(P<0.05),OPGL的表达增加(P<0.05);与去势组相比,SXZG剂量1组、剂量2组大鼠髁突中OPG的表达均增加(P<0.05),而OPGL的表达均降低(P<0.05)。结论:SXZG药物可通过调节颞下颌关节髁突部OPG及OPGL表达的比例改善去卵巢大鼠因雌激素水平下降导致的髁突部骨组织丢失。
Objective:To investigate the effect of SXZG on the expression of osteoprotegerin(OPG)and osteoprotegerin ligand(OPGL)in the condyles of temporomandibular joint in ovariectomized rats.Methods:An animal model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was established by removing the bilateral ovaries of rats.The rats were divided into groups and administered SXZG and other drugs.After 3 months the rats were killed,and the mandible of the rats was dissected and the condyle region were prepared as immunohistochemical staining sections.The expression levels of OPG and OPGL were observed for each group after treatment in condyle cartilage and subchondral bone tissue.Results:Compared with the sham operation group,the expression of OPG in the condyles of the rats is reduced(P<0.05)and the expression of OPGL increased(P<0.05)after the ovaries were removed.Compared with the ovariectomized group,the expression of OPG in the condyles is increased in group SXZG dose 1 and 2(P<0.05),and the expression of OPGL is decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:SXZG can improve the loss of bone tissue in the condyle of ovariectomized rats,the mechanism may be realized by adjusting the ratio of the expression of OPG and OPGL in the condyle of the temporomandibular joint in ovariectomized rats.
