洪门水库氮磷分布状况及污染初步评价

摘要 分别于2017年夏季6月和秋季9月对洪门水库进行了调查采样,通过测定总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)、氨氮(NH_(3)^(-)N)、硝酸盐氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)和叶绿素a(Chla)的含量,研究洪门水库表层水氮磷分布,并运用营养状态指数法对洪门水库污染程度进行了评价。结果表明,夏季和秋季洪门水库水体中TP、TN在空间上大体呈现下游高中游低的分布格局;洪门水库营养状态介于中营养和轻度富营养,秋季营养状态高于夏季,洪门水库主要污染物为总磷。该研究对保护洪门水库水环境和科学利用渔业资源具有重要意义。 The water samples of the Hongmen Reservoirs were collected in June and September 2017.By measuring the contents of total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(TN),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)^(-)N),nitrate nitrogen(NO_(2)^(-)-N),nitrite nitrogen(NO_(2)^(-)-N)and chlorophyll a(Chla),the distribution of nitrogen and phosphorus in the surface water of Hongmen Reservoir was analyzed,and the pollution state of Hongmen Reservoir was assessed by trophic state index.The results shows that total phosphorus and total nitrogen in the water of Hongmen Reservoir generally show a spatial distribution pattern from high downstream to low downstream in summer and autumn.The nutrient status in June and September was between mesotrophic and light eutrophic.The nutrient status in autumn was higher than that in summer.The main pollutant in the waters of Hongmen Reservoirs was TP.This study is of great significance to protect water environment and scientifically utilize fishery resources in Hongmen Reservoir.
