摘要
以海藻酸钠为囊材,研究不同实验参数对锐孔-凝固浴法制备虫白蜡源高级烷醇微囊成球效果及包封率的影响。确定最佳工艺条件:CaCl_(2)溶液浓度6%,固化液温度70℃,搅拌速度200 r/min,针头孔径0.49 mm,下滴高度2 cm,虫白蜡源高级烷醇添加量0.10 g。制备的微囊球形较圆,包封率75.50%,颗粒大小均匀,干燥前D90粒径为120~140μm,干燥后D90粒径为50~70μm。
The effects of different experimental parameters on the morphology and encapsulation efficiency of the policosanol microcapsules prepared by a sharp pot-coagulation bath method with sodium alginate as capsule material are studied.The optimum conditions are determined as follows:concentration of CaCl_(2)solution is 6%,temperature of curing solution is 70℃,stirring speed is 200 r/min,needle aperture is 0.49 mm,drop height is 2 cm,adding amount of policosanol from insect wax was 0.10 g.The prepared microcapsules are spherical,the encapsulation efficiency is 75.50%,and the particle size of D90 is 120~140μm before drying,and 50~70μm after drying.
