摘要
炎症小体NLRP3是一种胞浆大分子蛋白复合物,可识别多种疾病的病原体,参与宿主免疫防御,尤其在抗寄生虫感染的过程中有着重要作用。近年来,关于NLRP3炎症小体在抗寄生虫感染中调控机制的研究备受关注,本文简要总结NLRP3炎症小体在抗寄生虫感染中调控机制的研究进展,为NLRP3炎症小体应用于抗寄生虫的临床诊治提供思路。
Inflammasome NLRP3 is a cytoplasmic macromolecular protein complex,which can recognize pathogens of many diseases and participate in host immune defense,especially in the process of anti parasitic infection.In recent years,the research on the role and regulatory mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome in antiparasitic infection has attracted much attention.This paper will briefly summarize the research progress of the role and regulatory mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome in antiparasitic infection,and provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NLRP3 inflammasome in antiparasitic infection.
