摘要
趋于对驾乘体验的提升,电动汽车对电驱动系统的NVH要求日益提升,相较于燃油车发动机产生的低频轰鸣声,电动汽车由电机产生的高频噪声虽然声压级更小,但更容易使乘客产生不适。电机控制器的上盖通常会设计出较大的平面,对噪声会产生较强的放大,电机控制器上盖也成为限制NVH的主要结构件;而模态作为评价NVH的一个重要指标,提升控制器上盖的模态成为改善NVH的有效手段。提出了一种不同于传统电机控制器上盖的"穹顶"拓扑形式,用尽可能简单的结构有效提升模态,通过计算,应用该拓扑形式可以将电机控制器上盖模态从636 Hz提升至1299 Hz,提高104%。
Tend to improve the driving experience,and the NVH requirements of electric drive systems for electric vehicles are increasing.Compared with the low-frequency roar produced by the engine of fuel vehicles,the high-frequency noise generated by the electric motor of electric vehicles has a lower sound pressure level,but it is easier to cause discomfort to passengers.The upper cover of the motor controller is usually designed with a larger plane,which will amplify the noise.The upper cover of the motor controller has also become the main structural part that limits the NVH,and the mode is an important indicator for evaluating the NVH.The mode of the controller upper cover has become an effective means to improve NVH.A“dome”topology that is different from the traditional motor controller cover was proposed.The simple structure was used to effectively improve the mode.Through calculation,the application of the topological form can increase the mode of the motor controller cover from 636 Hz to 1299 Hz,an increase of 104%.
