摘要
通过接触角和SEM等表征手段分析了一种新型自粘高温环氧树脂对后处理无碱玻璃纤维布的润湿性能,研究了纤维布经偶联剂处理后的接触角变化,并结合研究结果对所制得环氧玻璃布预浸料与芳纶纸蜂窝共固化工艺进行了优化。研究结果表明,在100℃下,树脂的润湿效果最好,但适用期相对较短,经偶联剂处理后,润湿效果有所提升;优化后的共固化工艺,夹层结构的滚筒剥离强度由37.57(N·mm)/mm提高至45.13(N·mm)/mm,力学性能提高幅度达到20.1%。
The wettability of a new self-adhesive high temperature epoxy resin on post-treated E-glass cloth is analyzed by means of contact an-gles and SEM.The contact angle changes of E-glass cloth after coupling agent treatment are studied.Combined with the research results,the co-cur-ing process of epoxy glass cloth prepreg and aramid paper honeycomb is optimized.The results show that the resin has the best wetting effect at100℃,but the pot life is relatively short.After coupling agent treatment,the wetting effect is improved.After optimizing the co-curing process,the cylinder peeling strength of sandwich structure increases from 37.57(N·mm)/mm to 45.13(N·mm)/mm,and the mechanical properties are improved by 20.1%.
