高耐盐雾水性漆的制备及性能试验研究

摘要 针对传统水性涂料光泽度不高和耐盐雾性能差的问题,以水性丙烯酸树脂、氧化铁黑等为原材料,制备一种高耐盐雾和高光泽的水性汽车漆。结果表明,当涂膜中含有0.4%催干剂,施工黏度在30s左右,色浆细度小于10μm,烘烤干燥工艺在80℃/20min时,得到的漆膜耐盐雾时间可超过500h,光泽度超过80,且硬度可达HB。 In view of the problems of low gloss and poor salt spray resistance of traditional waterborne coatings,a kind of waterborne automobile paint with high salt spray resistance and high gloss is prepared with the waterborne acrylic resin and iron oxide black as raw materials.The results show that when the coating contains 0.4% desiccant,the construction viscosity is about 30 s,the fineness of the color paste is less than 10μm,the baking drying process is 80℃/20 min,the salt spray resistance time of the film can exceed 500 h,the gloss is over 80 and the hardness can reach HB.
