摘要 在隔水管钻井作业中,利用有限个加速度传感器监测数据预测钻井隔水管疲劳寿命是钻井隔水管系统面临的一项技术挑战。介绍了一种基于传递函数法,监测位置A处加速度数据,评估目标位置B处钻井隔水管疲劳损伤及疲劳寿命的分析方法。利用南海某深水气井钻井隔水管336 h加速度的监测数据,进行隔水管的疲劳损伤评估,得到了疲劳寿命。提出的基于加速度监测数据的钻井隔水管疲劳损伤评估方法和监测实例计算可为深水钻井工程提供重要参考。 The fatigue life prediction for drilling risers based on the monitoring data from the limited number of acceleration sensors during drilling operation is a technical challenge for the drilling riser system.A feasible method and detailed analysis procedure based on transfer function theory to evaluate the fatigue damage and fatigue life of drilling riser at target location B based on acceleration data at monitoring location A were introduced.Based on the 336 hours acceleration monitoring data during a deepwater drilling operation in the South China Sea,the fatigue damage of the riser was evaluated and its fatigue life was obtained.The proposed fatigue damage evaluation method and monitoring example of drilling riser based on acceleration monitoring data can provide an important reference for deepwater drilling engineering.
