内、外部家庭社会资本对实习意愿的影响机制研究

The Effect of Internal and External Family Social Capital on Internship Intention

从家庭成员和求职者的双重视角出发,为如何有效提升与合理利用家庭社会资本的优势进而提高个体实习意愿提供理论解释和实践依据。在我国信息服务业发展有代表性的地区,对知识密集型企业员工及高校毕业生进行问卷调研,并用相关数据进行实证分析,探讨内部、外部家庭社会资本间影响关系对实习意愿的共同影响作用机制,以及在线社交工具的调节作用。结果显示:内、外部家庭社会资本均对实习意愿产生了显著的正向影响;外部家庭社会资本在内部家庭社会资本与实习意愿间起到中介作用;父母使用在线社交工具的求职者,实习意愿受到外部家庭社会资本的影响更大。

Internship before job is the key link between learning and career.The effective promotion of internship willingness will play an important role in the success of career development,but there is relatively little research on the influencing factors of internship willingness.This paper mainly discusses the common influence mechanism between internal and external family social capital on internship willingness.In addition,the regulatory effect of online social tools is also considered.We use the data of questionnaire survey of enterprise employees and college graduates in representative areas of information service industry development nationwide to conduct empirical analysis.The results shows that,1)Both the internal and external family social capital have a significant and positive impact on the willingness to attend internship;2)The internal family social capital has a significant impact on the external family social capital and also has a significant indirect impact on the willingness of job seekers to attend internship through it;3)The job seekers who is female,coming from the city and whose parents use online social tool,the internship intention is more affected by the external family social capital.From perspective of family members and the job seeker,we provide theoretical and practical basis on how to enhance and use the advantage of family social capital in order to increase the individual’s internship intention.
