摘要
培养拔尖创新人才是“双一流”建设的根本宗旨,构建完善的人才培养体系是“双一流”建设的根本任务。目前,一些“双一流”建设高校存在人才标准界定不清、办学资源改善不足、课程资源开发缓慢、教师资源建设滞后和教学资源再塑不力等实践问题,从而影响了拔尖创新人才培养的质量和效能。为完善拔尖创新人才培养体系,高校应厘清拔尖创新人才标准,突出人才培养的核心地位;改善办学资源,加大教育教学投入力度;丰富课程资源,优化课程资源结构;升级教师资源,打造高水平师资队伍;重塑教学资源,努力提升教学质量。
Training outstanding talents is the basic aim of“double-world-class”construction and constructing outstanding talent training system is the basic task of“double-world-class”construction.It is found that some universities have some practical biases,such as unclear definition of talent standard,insufficient improvement of school-running resources,slow development of curriculum resources,lagging construction of teacher resources and ineffective reshaping of teaching resources,which affect the quality and efficiency of outstanding talents training.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of outstanding talents training,universities should define the standards of outstanding talents and highlight the core position of talent training;improve school running resources and increase the investment in education and teaching;enrich curriculum resources and optimize curriculum resources structure;upgrade teacher resources and create high-level teachers;reshape teaching resources and strive to improve teaching quality.
