3D肠道微生物教学系统的构建及应用探索

摘要 不同微生物空间结构承其相应的生长繁殖、释放毒素、感染机体等病理生理机制。教材中的微生物结构、作用机制及感染人体过程等内容通常以文字描述和简易二维图示的固定形式呈现。学员只能凭借想象建立微生物形态及作用人体的过程。目前,国内外有些课堂采用具体的3D打印实物模型进行讲解,但受到时间及空间的制约,无法模拟微生物活动的动态过程,更无法让学员线下自学。近年来,随着科技的高速发展,互联网技术已经在各行各业中发挥着重要的作用。为了更好的开展微生物教学,笔者探索性的对传统的教学方法和手段进行改革,笔者将互联网三维仿真模型与课堂相结合,通过常见的肠道微生物为切入点,建立可视化程度较高的数字化三维肠道微生物模型及其作用于人体的动效过程插入学员课堂教学教案中。结合病例分析、临床事件探讨以及如何诊治等教学节点,创建一个打破空间和时间限制的互动性较好的教学平台,以改善教学质量,帮助学员积极思考,增强学习兴趣。 The spatial structure of different microorganisms bears the corresponding pathophysiological mechanisms of growth and reproduction,toxin release and infection.The contents of microbial structure,mechanism of action and process of human infection are usually presented in the fixed form of text description and simple two-dimensional diagram.Students can only imagine the process of establishing microbial morphology and acting on the human body.At present,some classrooms at home and abroad use specific 3D printing physical model to explain,but due to the constraints of time and space,it is unable to simulate the dynamic process of microbial activities,let alone let students learn by themselves offline.In recent years,with the rapid development of technology in all walks of life,technology has played an important role.In order to better carry out microbiology teaching,we explore the reform of traditional teaching methods and means.We combine the Internet three-dimensional simulation with the classroom,and through the common intestinal microorganisms as the breakthrough point,we plan to establish a high degree of visualization of the digital three-dimensional intestinal microbial model and its effect on the human body,which is inserted into the students'classroom teaching plan.In order to effectively improve the teaching quality,activate the classroom atmosphere,inspire students to think actively and enhance their learning initiative,a teaching platform with strong interaction is established,which breaks through the limitation of time and space.
